Oversight

BRAD AMES has been preaching and prophesying, ministering and giving testimony of the reality of the relational presence of God for years and years.  The tragic loss of their son led to an encounter with Jesus that moved him away from religious and business performance to a lifetime of spiritual fathering especially among those in the counter culture -- Rainbow Gatherings, the streets of Asheville, coffee shops, homes, and Churches.  Brad is especially known for his heart and hugs, and passionate words.

PAMELA AMES has given direction and administration to LifeHouse ministries by her husband's side, and counseled and discipled with countless women and couples through the years.  Pam is remarkably resilient and persevering, in the words of Zechariah, "a brand plucked from the fire."  She is known for her insight and counsel, and mother's heart for the next generation.  

 

BILL CAMPBELL.  Whereas Brad and Pam have been particularly called to the counter-culture, Bill Campbell and his lovely wife Lin have been sent to the traditional church culture.  Bill has served as the President of the ministerial association in Henderson County and senior pastor of Hendersonville Presbyterian Church for 18 yeas, hosts a local radio show, and spearheaded the AWAKE prayer events in Western North Carolina.  He has hosted the likes of Brother Yun from the underground church in China, Isik Abla from the Middle East, and was able to visit Andrew Brunson in jail in Turkey.  Bill is currently serving as the Director of Scripture Awakening, and is known for his diplomacy, heart for revival, and love for the Spirit and the Word.

 

CHARLES YOUNG.  Charles, and his artful wife Nina, have served in various leadership roles in the Body from Gateway in Dallas to HPC in this area.  Charles has a rare quality of being favored by God to function at a high executive level in the marketplace, consulting with corporations and then matching them with the right fit for software he creates for them; while at the same time he ministers deeply into the core of the most broken of lives, counseling weekly with those who have gone through extreme trauma such as sexual and ritual abuse.  Charles is known for his warm smile that can set anyone at ease, his wealth of knowledge, and regal yet "cool" way about him.
